Surrounded by vineyards, this spacious vacation home with private pool welcomes you on a 2,500 m² large and enclosed private property. The house benefits from a great location in the middle of nature and convinces with bright and comfortable rooms. Nîmes is 19 km away, Uzès 10 km, and also 10 km away runs a beautiful river with great swimming spots. The terrace opens to nature, and on the small veranda a billiard table provides variety. The kitchen and bathrooms are modern and practical. Nestled in a beautiful natural landscape, the charming village of Aubarne-Sainte-Anastasie welcomes you in an extremely quiet environment. Just nearby, you can benefit from the clear waters of the Gardon and experience the Pont du Gard. Nîmes, half an hour away, boasts a city center with many monuments from the Roman era. Twenty minutes away, you can take a look around Uzès and its historic center, which is a protected monument. For example, experience Place aux Herbes, Rue de l'Aspic, and Place d'Horloge, and take advantage of its boutiques, restaurants, and cozy cafes. On Wednesday mornings and all day Saturdays, Uzès also hosts one of the most beautiful markets in all of France. Take your kids to the Haribo Museum or the Bouscarasse water park, and visit the Musée 1900 with relics from the turn of the last century. Of course, the Pont du Gard is a must-see, and nearby villages like Collias, Lussan, Saint-Victor-la-Coste, and Saint-Laurent-des-Arbres beckon.

Machine à laver en mauvaise état pas de chauffage ni cheminée. Pas de chauffage dans la salle de bain qui fonctionne. Accueil très médiocre Pas de possibilité de prendre de bain car soi disant fuite. Et peu de chaîne de télévision Et pour accéder à la location route en très mauvaise état et pas de prévenance dans l’annonce. Je ne recommande pas cette location

Un havre de paix
Excellent séjour dans cette magnifique maison, le jardin est superbe et la piscine plus qu'agréable. Le propriétaire est très sympathique et aux petits soins pour nous. Très facile pour visiter la région d'Uzès et jusqu'au bord de la mer. Espérons y revenir l'année prochaie.

Wundervolle Unterkunft, freundliche Vermieter
Großzügig und gediegen möbliert, mit drei Veranden/Terrassen, Schwimmbad, Bouleplatz und Billardzimmer ausgestattet, ist diese ruhig gelegene, große Wohnung ein Fundstück, das wir gerne wieder besuchen werden. Die Eigentümer sind ein sehr freundliches Ehepaar, das den Gästen gern weiterhilft und sie mit Hinweisen versorgt. Die Einrichtung (auch in der Küche) ist nagelneu und hochwertig. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die unmittelbare Nähe der Großstadt Nîmes (römische Monumente!) beeinflußt das ländliche Leben gar nicht. In den umliegenden Dörfern und Städten gibt es viel Historisches zu entdecken, dazu die Landschaft am Gardon. Für den Einkauf empfiehlt sich Uzès (riesiger Wochenmarkt!), überdies finden sich genügend Supermärkte in der Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
