The Ranch is set on 25 acres and backs onto Tillgerry Creek. The Ranch is spacious & open planned with views of fields from every room. With a bbq area opening up to a picturesques back drop additional fire pit area, this is the place to relax & spend time with family and friends.

The house has five spacious & well-lite bedrooms, two bathrooms with a open plan kitchen & dining. The spacious living area with a 75 inch TV and surround sound will allow you to sit back and put your feet up. The large farmhouse table located in the sun filled dining area will fit all our guest & will be a place you can share a meal together and watch the kids play or the sun setting.

All our spacious bedrooms have an abundance of light, block out curtains & split system air con.

We are located only 6 minutes to Newcastle Airport & have a bus stop out the front. If it is sun, sand & surf you are after you are a 13 minute drive to Birubi Beach. If you are after action and excitement there is many options to choose from ie Quad Bike King, Hellfire Paintballing & Go Karting only minutes away. If food and wine is more your thing, head to Murrays Brewery or Valhalla also located on Nelson Bay Road.

Small to medium dogs welcome, just let us know prior to your booking.

There is plenty of space for trailers so bring your boat or jet ski.

Linen & bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels

If you are interested in booking our property and are a school leave, I would encourage you to make an inquiry. We are happy to accept Schoolie ‘s only when the below has been communicated and agreed upon.

Conditions of booking:

- A parent/s needs to be the point of contact
- The parent/s will need to provide us with a copy of their licence
- A $1200 security deposit is required 72 hours prior to booking. This will be refunded within 7 days of departure. The bond will be held to cover any damage or additional cleaning that may be required.
- No more than 10 people permitted on booking
-No parties or additional groups/people permitted on the property during stay

A must stay !
My son and his friends stayed at the Ranch for a few days to celebrate his birthday. Ample space, bbq, fire pit. Remote stay but central enough to go to the beach, town and see the sights Communication with the owner Fiona was open and easy and she met the boys to make sure they had everything they needed. She was flexible and accomodating and I wouldn’t hesitate recommending this place to everyone!

Lovely house, inside all recently renovated. Loads of room for a big group, plenty of space around the property. Really easy people to deal with, if you’re looking for peace and quiet we highly recommend it!
