Overall our stay was average. When we checked in the room in the basement with the bunk beds smelled like vomit. I contacted the property manager and they sent someone the next day to “clean” which consisted of spraying chemicals on the carpet which improved/masked the smell. The upstairs bedroom was extremely hot despite the AC. Vents and baseboards were dirty. Location was good, but important to note that the unit shared walls with the surrounding units and was not a stand a lone building. Despite sharing walls on both sides of the unit we never noticed a noise from the neighbors.

This is our second time staying at this property. Mostly everything was great.Only complaints are that the garbage disposal didn’t work well and the vents in the floor were all pretty dirty. Also one thing I wanted Utah’s Best to know (or whomever answered my question before we came) I asked if there was a large crockpot and a large frying pan there already so that I didn’t have to bring mine (I thought I’d remembered them having those but I wanted to be sure). You told me you didn’t have them. When I got to the property, sure enough you had both of those things and I was lugging mine across two different states and wasting precious car space. How did I know what you had more than you knew what you had? If you don’t know the answer to a customers question, please find out. Otherwise don’t offer to answer questions especially if you don’t know.

Great family get-away

The property was perfect for our family get together. The owners/property managers were super attentive. Be prepared for stairs...lots of them. Basically a different level for each room. The toddler got great stair practice.

Will never stay here again or rent through Utahs best vacation rentals.

when we arrived the internet was not working. After communicating with utahs best people forever, they told me to crawl under the dresser and re start the router. I pulled everything out and climbed under which was completely dirty and dusty, and I was surprised to see every single plug to the lights and router were all unplugged. It wasn't just one single outlet either which was odd. The next morning I woke up to ants all over in the kitchen and in the downstairs bathroom. Every morning i woke up i spent 15 min. Killing ants before i started the day. The next night my daughter went to crawl into the bed upstairs and There was fresh blood on the fitted sheet that had not been washed but the bed was made. When I got a hold of the company yet again, they told me I would need to wash them. We were going out that afternoon, and I didn't have time to stick around and wash sheets. I also didn't think it was my job to do so. That night they dropped some off in a bag at the door. Lastly, I went to wash brand new clothes and after 30 min of them in the wash i noticed the water was super hot! Even thougj it was set to cold. After my husband looked at it, he noticed whoever hooked up the washer did it incorrectly and had the hot and cold lines mixed up. Needless to say quite a few of my new clothes were ruined. My overall experience was horrible. We only go on vacation once a year and it takes all year to save for it. This year was ruined. Wish i could have written more.

Great house and location!

Great house and quiet neighborhood! Would have been a 5 star stay if the dryer worked! I messaged the host and got a quick reply that maintenance was aware and had ordered a new dryer that would be in the week after our stay
would have been nice if that was communicated prior to check in. We used a laundromat that was close. Other than that, the house had everything we needed for our stay and was located perfectly outside of all the city action..close, but far enough away to enjoy a nice quiet walk through the park located almost literally in the backyard!

Location is ideal for skiers.Directly across the street from the Alta/Snowbird bus stop.Hot tub was great.Grill needs to be exchanged for a new one. It’s in rough shape.Bunk beds are ok, but cheap.Couch was very comfortable.Fireplace cranked heat.WiFi was great.Bathrooms were great.Place was very clean.Ping pong table is broken.Would recommend.

Okay but much to be desired

The good: Good location, clean and modern unit, beds and furniture were fine.The bad: Several light bulbs out, including inside and outside of garage.Kitchen faucet missing spray button cover, hurts fingers to press it. Microwave has wrong glass plate so that it doesn’t turn when you use it.Hot tub jets only work on one of the seats.No tissues provided at all.Very low water pressure.Two of the four bathroom sinks barely drain. No kitchen staples places like this usually provide such as sugar, salt and pepper etc. If you want to make food you will need to buy everything. Missing some kitchen supplies
i.e. measuring tsp but not tbsp, yet every fork and plate and cup is counted and labeled as if you might steal something. Master dresser tips fwd so drawers slide out. Half the garage is taken up by a ping pong table, which would never be used in the winter.

Overall great stay with little to complain about. I’ve stayed at other VRBO properties and they’ve always had some kitchen basics of salt, pepper, Pam, etc., but none of that here. Also, the games and books were poor. Would stay again, but more prepared.

Pretty Nice Overall

There was no notice in the listing that this is a split-level home with four levels. This might have been taken into consideration when planning due to one in our party being pregnant. Also, the listing mentioned parking for four cars, without mentioning that that included 2 in a garage our Fords Transit wouldn't fit in, and 2 eensy-weensy spots in the driveway that our Ford Transit also wouldn't fit in except at a 45-degree angle. With no parking allowed on the street, this was a little stressful. Otherwise, the neighborhood was quiet while we were there, and close to the freeway, which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and when things were missing, like a broom and dustpan, they brought them over.

Very nice condo perfect for multi generation family. Basement bunk room great for the kids. Upper level master nice for grandparents, parents took mid level bedroom. Located with park directly behind it. We’ll definitely stay again!

Great Experience!

Overall this home worked perfectly for our needs! The layout of the home is unusual but ended up being a great fit. The kids room (bunk bed room) is alone on the lowest level so we were able to get the children to bed at night and the adults could still visit without concern of waking them up. We had a 3 year old with us so when she was put to bed the 2 older children could play in the loft play area so they did not wake her. The 2nd bedroom was on the floor above this room so when those adults went to bed they were able to listen for the children. This level had one full bathroom as well. The next level is the entry way and living room. Above that is the kitchen, dining and laundry room along with a bathroom. The upper level is the master bedroom/bathroom (and the loft play area is just outside of it). I'm an early riser so I could get up and enjoy my coffee in the kitchen and living room with no concern of waking up people on the lower levels. The kitchen has been updated and we were able to easily cook a few meals during our stay. The park is very close and the children enjoyed playing there several times during our stay. The home was not too far from the activities we chose that included Lagoon, Hogle Zoo and the Aquarium. There are plenty of places to eat and grocery stores not far from the home. The home is a little older and the floor in the master bedroom and the stairs going down to the kitchen area creaks more than I do but that happens. :-)

Salt Lake visit

The house was very clean. We called about the AC not working and management was very responsive. They showed up within minutes and got it running. The only issue was the downstairs sleeping area. Mattresses were very cheap and you could actually feel the springs. Also, we had a large group with several cars, so parking was an issue.
