Nestled between the charming Fairpark and Marmalade districts, this home is a great jumping off point for your Salt Lake City vacation! Enjoy the outdoors, restaurants, museums and more from this newly remodeled historic duplex. With easy access to I-15 you’ll be just a short drive from the airport and 40 minutes from 8 of the world’s best ski resorts. There is something for everyone!
The space..
On the main floor you will find a completely open kitchen and living room space. With 1 bedroom being located on the first floor and the other 2 bedrooms upstairs, you will find each of them to be set up for comfort and ease during your stay.

Uber cozy little duplex, with a view of the mountains and a hot tub- what more could a lady ask for?!Everything was 15-20mins to get to, location was quiet and safe, home was in pristine shape. Communication was easy and clear, checking in and out was fine and dandy, and getting around from there was smooth as well.It felt super safe as a group of 3 ladies and, I would have felt just as safe alone. It was a great stay, we really enjoyed it.

The home was very well appointed and close to the 15 which was convenient for traveling to ski areas for our four day skiing trip. The host, Patrick, was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. We would definitely recommend this house and would not hesitate staying again.

One of the best vacation rentals ever!

This place was AMAZING. Super clean, very comfortable beds, and super close to the Fairpark. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for the cool evenings. Without hesitation, it is one of the best vacation rentals I’ve ever stayed at, and that’s from 9+ years experience!

Perfect location and property

We had a volleyball tournament at the Convention center and this home was perfect for the location. It appears that this area is slowly getting revitalized. It was decorated so nice and the beds were extremely comfortable. Hot tub was perfect to relax those sore muscles. The only small issues were rug in kitchen was bent up at corner and we kept tripping on it and no BBQ to grill so we had to bring our own. Overall we would Highly recommend this rental.
