Book elsewhere! Poor quality room in desperate need of updating. Door to room looked like it had been kicked in at some point. No shower curtain and barely a door on bathroom with no lock. People in parking area past 1am being very loud. I checked out next morning though I paid for two nights.

At first i said for the price it is ok. However, tonight when getting back to the room, police were checking in on the room next to us. Downtown SLC has gone to crap. The snow clearing is poor which is scary since my wife has a new knee. The luke warm hot water. Lobby is under construction so no amenities for now. Over all cleanliness is poor also. Will not stay here again.

Room was ok I guess, at least clean. Mattress had seen better days. AC/heater unit case was broke, no dial, ran loud. TV had spasms on every channel. Check in was difficult, expected a deposit wouldn't take my card. Check out took forever, gal thought it was on a card and then seemed to have a issue getting the cash... Over all would stay again in a pinch but not without exhausting all other places first
