It’s an average hotel- it’s old, there will people sleeping out on the sidewalks just off of the hotel property and there were some really loud and rude other guests on the floor above us. The hotel was clean and front desk staff were pleasant

Great place to stay

We have stayed her numerous times and are always satisfied. The staff are always helpful and friendly. Easy trip up the hill to the Va, Moran Eye Center and many more plus the university. Good breakfast plus places to pick from for lunch and dinner. Great mexican right in the parking lot, Mcdonalds on the other side. Rooms are space, pool is nice. Great place to stay

From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff made us feel welcome with their friendliness and professionalism. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable environment for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was another highlight—fresh, delicious, and with a great variety to start the day right. The lady who arranged the breakfast area was so nice and pleasant to see each morning—she truly added a warm touch to our experience. The location couldn’t be better, offering quick and easy access to many of Salt Lake City’s top attractions. Whether you're in town for business or leisure, I highly recommend Crystal Inn Hotel & Suites for its excellent service, cleanliness, and unbeatable convenience. We’ll definitely be back!

Great stay, a little dated in decor but otherwise absolutely fine and clean. Comfortable bed and good size room. Staff very helpful. Airport shuttle a bonus as picked up when landed and taken back so we could collect our car for onward travel. Breakfast was better than expected too.

Nice large room with separate seating area. bathroom configuration had the toilet and tub in a separate area from the sink. Linens and carpet were ready for an update, but were adequate. Nice location, good breakfast, great value.
