Set at the mouth of Parley's Canyon, we're literally within minutes to some of the best skiing in the world. Roomy and comfortable, private home/apartment with separate entrance. There is a full kitchen, 3 large bedrooms, washer and dryer, and 2 personal parking spaces on property. Restaurants or grocery stores very close. Easy access to freeways. So close to Downtown, University of Utah, Park City, the mountain lakes, trails, streams etc. Central to everything in the Salt Lake Valley.
The home was used as a long term rental for 2.5 years but is now back for short term rentals for the ski season.
The space

This home is a rambler style with a walk-out basement. This apartment has a completely separate entrance with no access to the upstairs at all. The apartment is over 1700 Square feet and very spacious. With ground level entrance you'll never feel like your in a basement. Be aware that there are 15 stairs to your private entrance. This unit has a large backyard with grass, mature trees, a fire pit, picnic table, barbecue grill, and a bench swing.

You'll have your own laundry, washer and dryer. No need to pack dirty clothes.

The kitchen is full and complete with a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, coffee maker and more. With this kitchen you are free to cook-up a gourmet meal if you wish. It's especially easy to do with a grocery store only moments away.

There are three large bedrooms. Two have queen beds and the third has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Each bedroom has a dresser, closet w/ hangers, and a chair.

Living room has a wall mounted TV with Netflix and a DVD player, gas log fireplace, piano, desk with Ethernet cable.

There is a locked ski and sports equipment closet in the covered parking area for your convenience... no need to carry all your gear downstairs.

Note: Hosts live upstairs above this unit. When we are home there is a chance you will hear us as we go about our day but other than that it is a quiet home where you can stay very comfortably.

Guest access

The entire downstairs and backyard are for you.
You will have covered parking, please park in the South covered parking spaces on the property. Walk through the breezeway and through the gate to the stairs. You may choose to close the gate or leave it open. At the bottom of the stairs, turn left and enter through a French door with a coded keypad lock.

Other things to note

Two important things to note: 1. This is a great property for family, friends and business travelers. In all honesty it is simply not for people intending to party all night or people who will be having many visitors coming and going.
