Overall very pleased with my week long stay. It's all the little things added up that make the difference. Fruit and water available during all hours, great breakfast options, clean room, outside grounds well kept, tables wiped down, etc. Only negative was I asked for a late checkout and gave the time which was approved by the young lady at the counter. When I went to check out, I was given a hard time by the gentleman, and I was even leaving earlier than expected. I also did have to ask for my room to be cleaned after the third day because nobody had been in. Again, overall, very pleased.

Was disappointed with this property. First time at a Home 2 Suites I was very grossed out . First a bunch of kids with bikes were in and out of the pool Area. The first room they gave us smelt horrible. The second room was better but very outdated and dingy . Carpet had stains walls dirty . The door made a loud noise when open and close. The shower was old no body soap in container would reconsider staying at this location.

A message to the Property three times on here with no response. We got to the property and they told us that they have no rooms we sent booked a room on Expedia and then went to the hotel and even though we had a reservation through Expedia they still told us that we could not stay there and they would not honor the Expedia rate. I went to Holiday Inn express and got a five star stay

The bathroom did not have a shower curtain, there was no one from maintenance at the time, we showered without out the curtain and created a puddle that went all the way to the front door. One of the amenities were BBQ grills...both did not have knobs.
