The property has walkable options for food, drinks and shopping. The park next door is nice and having the view of the Rio Grande outside our window was a nice view. However it would have been nice to experience a hot tub during the hold weather but the tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time and we didn’t make it out to the pool level/patio to enjoy. There was also cops parked consistently through our trip across the street, we found a large homeless camp a street over and believe that’s why the cops are patrolling there 24/7. Breakfast was good and I like that they changed it up both mornings. Good food. Good service. Close and free parking. Overall would stay again.

Nice hotel, however if you advertise that you have a hot tub and pool, you should make it explicitly clear that they are closed for the winter. I would have booked a different hotel had I known that.

Great place to stay.
Overall a good stay. We had problems with the room they gave us, and I was surprised that maintenance was not working and could not fix the problem. They assigned us to another room that was not as nice. The next day, they were able to fix the original room, and they allowed us to move back. We did love the reception time on Wednesday. It was nice to have some good food and drinks in the evening. We likely will come again and stay here, just for this alone. This is a great hotel for the downtown area.

Rooms are Huge!
Fantastic stay. Location is close to everything! Rooms are huge for downtown area and very comfortable. Breakfast was nice. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Salt Lake City!
