I thought this property was actually exceptional and I only gave a average rating on the condition as we had a noise issue with plumbing - however other than that this was a far better property for both price and experience than all the others around the area... I plan to stay again.

Perfect stay. I was greeted so kindly when checking in. They had some tips on things to do and see. We were for one night but had a nice stay. Close to the airport and within waking distance of anything downtown.

A very modern feel, with spacious rooms (our room on the 11th floor had a magnificent view of the mountains!) with all the amenities. A beautiful lobby area, and a great downtown location only two blocks from the Temple grounds, and from the convention center, with a number of nice restaurants and coffee places nearby.

I had a King room with spa bath. The staff were superb, very friendly and helpful. I had a very big bed, a bit soft for my liking but it was very even and clean. Bathroom was big and the bathtub was deep. Toilet was in its own separate room which could be helpful if more than 1 person staying in the room, as that means the other person still has access to the sink and shower even when toilet is in use. I had a small fridge and a yoga mat provided in room which was very handy. Charging points next to both sides of the bed too. Tea and coffee were provided in the morning in the lobby and there were no tea and coffee facilities in room. It was not a big deal but is a noted difference from other standard hotel offerings. There also was no pool and we had a hot week so a pool would have been welcome. (Yes I did know when I booked that there's no pool) The lobby lounge was a very nice spot to sit and chill out when I didn't want to be on my own in the room. Late afternoon they provided some non alcoholic drinks and snacks for free too which was very nice. Food at Bambara was excellent, I highly recommend the birria grilled cheese, it came with the birria sauce, which was excellent. Overall a very pleasant stay, I will definitely stay again.

The hotel was very close to the Eccles Theater. The room was nice and very quiet. The valet parking was a nice added bonus. The only negative was the restaurant was very expensive which forced us to go find somewhere else cheaper to eat.

Perfect stay

This is a really nice hotel in the center of Salt Lake City. The rooms are very very nice plenty of space and the beds are extremely comfortable. The bar and restaurant are both excellent. We got free breakfast on one of our night stay and the food was incredible. This is our third time staying here and would definitely come back again. The only negative for me would be the $45 valet parking, but other than that this hotel is a must stay.
