Comfort bed. Clean room. Friendly staff. My rating is because I don’t believe this should be rated 4-star hotel. It was equal to say, a Hilton Garden. Which is fine but I chose it b/c I thought it would be an elevated experience.

The photos are representative of what the hotel actually looks like. However, for the price, there are some details that are lacking (e.g. there are no robes or slippers in rooms). Our bathroom fan didn’t work and we didn’t get turndown service (even though we didn’t have a DND on our door). The location is great. The pool is not heated to 85 degrees, as the hotel staff said it would be. Overall, service in both the rooftop bar and the restaurant was not the best. These things can be improved, but it has to become a priority for all involved.

the hotel is so gorgeous but i was shocked to know about the $250 deposit. they don’t talk about that on Expedia. I also got a free breakfast for 2 when I booked, so we got breakfast and then they charged me over $50 for it. And when i tried to get a refund the hotel and Expedia said they could find it when I was still having it show on my app. I love the hotel because it’s gorgeous but I will not book again because of the huge headache it caused.
