The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Wash the towels, put them in the dryer and set it to HEAVY load. You do not need to wait for them to finish drying. We provide laundry detergent. This helps the cleaner by shortening laundry time.
Trash day is Friday. If you are a guest and staying Thursday night or Friday morning, please take garbage can from garage and take it out to main road and bring back in when it is empty.
Hand wash any dishes/cooking appliances that can’t go in dishwasher. If you have any questions about rules or checking out early and don’t have time to wash towels please message us and let us know.

The space is clean, new, and close to everything. This would work well for someone who didn't have a car as there is a lot within walking distance. It is a 3 level condo with the garage on ground level, living room and kitchen on the second level and bedroom and bathroom on the 3rd floor. There is a spacious. The host requires that you purchase damage insurance during the final payment stage so the actual price is 40ish more a night than the listing so thats worth factoring in.

Just a very quick work trip. Super clean, quiet and very nice place. Would definitely rent this again next time I need to be in SLC. Definitely better than a hotel. Communication was also great.

An okay stay

Overall it was fine, but some aspects of the house were uncomfortable. The AC barely reached the 3rd floor room, making the room very hot. Any sound or vibration from the street was amplified so I thought at many points that a small earthquake was happening. There is a beeping sound at night that I got up at 3am to inspect and I couldn't find the source, but it was very bothersome. The kitchen window has no shade or blinds so other apartments can look straight into the home.
