**Traveling with a larger group or unavailable for your dates?** We host

several nearby Salt Lake City homes that may be available for the same trip,

including three homes within about a 5-minute walk of each other and a larger

luxury estate about a 5-minute drive away. This setup can work well for

wedding groups, family reunions, ski trips, and multi-family stays needing

more bedrooms, beds, parking, or shared gathering space. Availability varies

by date, so please inquire if you would like details on our other listings.

For your comfort, **_The Eagle Estate includes the added benefit of an onsite

estate manager (handyman) _**who resides in separate quarters on the

property. He ensures the grounds, heated pool, and spa remain in perfect

condition throughout your stay. Guests have loved his warm hospitality and

attentive support, whether it’s helping with the technology in the home,

offering guidance on how to use amenities, or quickly addressing any

unexpected needs. On-site concierge services.



Your privacy is fully respected: he does not enter the main home unless

requested. __Think of him as your personal estate concierge: available when

you need him, invisible when you don’t.__ _ _



_We are located in one of the most exclusive, secluded and prestigious

streets on top of the Olympus Cove. All our Neighbors loves the privacy and

the quiet area. Therefore:_



The quiet time by law is 10 pm to 7 am. **_This is NOT a place for loud

Parties_** of any kind of Unlawful Activities. The use of drugs of any kind or

vaping, including marijuana, is not permitted anywhere on the property,

indoors or outdoors.**_Events are NOT allowed_**. Unauthorized gatherings or

violation of these rules will result in **a minimum fine of $10,000, plus any

additional charges imposed by local authorities and termination of your

stay.** The maximum occupancy is mandatory to be respected as well as

fulfilling the Eagle House rules.



The west side of the property is under construction it will be done at the end

of November 2026 ( New finishing time) . The construction won't interfere with

your stay. YOU CAN RENT IT OUT IN CASE YOU NEED EXTRA SPACE IF NEED IT 7,000

SQFT more
