The property is nestled in a quiet neighborhood. 25 minutes to Airport & Downtown Salt Lake City, 35 minutes to Park City, 14 minutes to the Convention/Expo Center, 3 minutes to ski resort canyon entrances. The Wasatch Mountains are home to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons, which have the best 4 Ski Resorts in the country. Alta, Brighton, Snowbird, Solitude.

Excellent multi family or larger group. Dual water heaters provide ample hot showers. And just wait until you see these showers. Indulge in multiple water features, water fall, rain shower, and body sprays.

Lots of space. Open floor plan. New kitchen with all new appliances. Floor to Ceiling Remodel. It's really awesome, super comfortable, cozy. There is such a good feeling associated with this property. The area, surroundings, and house itself radiates comfort, warmth, and friendliness.

Big Cottonwood Canyon and Little Cottonwood Canyon, just a few minutes from the canyon entry to Snowbird, Alta, Brighton, and Solitude ski resorts. These 4 resorts off the best skiing/snowboarding/Mountain Biking in the state. You are also an easy 35 minute drive to Historic Park City and Deer Valley area (2002 Winter Olympics). 25 minutes to Downtown SLC Salt Lake City and Airport.

The host was so so helpful in so many ways. We had our 8 month old grandson and provided a high chair, play pen and some toys at the house. We also had questions about skiing and the questions were quickly answered and extremely helpful. The location of the property is absolutely perfect! Felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Perfect weekend getaway

Very easy to check in, and the process was quick. Everything was as pictured, and the home was very clean. Great home, and the kids loved the games downstairs. Great location and easy to get to. If we are ever in Salt Lake again, we will stay again.

This property is outstanding in its location close to Alta, Snowbird, Brighton and Solitude. Park City isn't too far either. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with a grocery store just around the corner. The property is extremely clean, well stocked and maintained. Garage is spacious with plenty of room for ski storage in between ski days. Dipping into the hot tub after a day of skiing was a welcome luxury. For two generations the separate bedrooms and living rooms on upstairs and downstairs worked perfectly.

Will definitely be back to stay here. The perfect location! Everything you need near by. Easy to get to highways. Justin was a great host and replied quickly to any questions. The house was super cute and perfect for our trip! 4 bedrooms with really comfortable beds. 2 great showers. Sadly, we were too tired from skiing to enjoy the great game room and all the options. The kitchen is stocked and ready to go. Would definitely recommend staying here.

Best Place for Skiing Multiple SLC locations

We could not have dreamed up a better location for skiing 4 different resorts during our stay. This was a 3 generation family trip and the downstairs worked great for our teenagers to have their own space and upstairs we could get up early and have kitchen access without disturbing anyone. Beds are perfect comfy with 4 different pillow choices. Justin was spot on with his communication during our stay. Could not have gone better!

Spacious 4 bedroom house, newly redecorated, very comfortable and perfect for a family or group that wants to ski the resorts up the local canyons (Snowbird, Alta, Brighton and Solitude). Owner is very helpful and communicative. Highly recommend the property. We stayed for 6 nights.

Exceeded our expectations

This house was the perfect location for skiing Little Cottonwood and Big Cottonwood Canyons. The location of the house is also in great proximity to grocery stores, restaurants, and ski shops. The accommodations within the house were great for a larger group. It had ample amounts of sleeping space and hang out space with a very open kitchen. The hot tub was perfect after long days of skiing, and the owner was very responsive to any request or questions we had. I would most definitely stay here again.

Awesome family ski trip!

This is a great find- the location is perfect for skiing solitude/brighton/snowbird/alta. We had two families- 4 adults, 4 kids and had plenty of space. The bedding and showers are amazing. The owner is super helpful- shared updates on conditions and a few tips and tricks that helped make our vacation perfect. We will be back!

Sweet Place. Good proximity to both Canyons. Hot Tub Rocks , looking at Mtn Views. Beds are wicked comfy. Used Darts and Game Activites. Thumbs Up all the way. Thanks Justin

Great location, great amenities.

Loved our stay in Cottonwood Heights. Owner, Justin, was communicative and his home was a great fit for our family. The 20-somethings loved the game room, as would kids of all ages. Best of all, the slopes were a short drive up the canyon.
