Spacious Two-Bedroom Suite in Salt Lake Valley

Comfortable lodging in a convenient location in the Salt Lake valley, and less than an hour's drive to eight world-class ski resorts. This is a 1,200 s.f., 2-bedroom suite with kitchen, washer/dryer, 55" Smart TV and fireplace. Four of the sofa seats recline for relaxing. It also includes reverse-osmosis water on tap and in the icemaker for drinking, and soft water elsewhere. The main bedroom is a king-bed with desk; the spare bedroom has two queen beds. The suite has one full bath with a deep soaker/recliner style bathtub/shower combo, and a separate stand-up shower.
This property has a large, secluded and private backyard with horse property surrounding it.

Family friendly VRBO

Convenient location for our large family. We needed something that would work for three little kids and my son and daughter in law and a place the rest of us could visit for a few hours here and there. Worked out nicely. Easy check in and out. Would rent again.

We stayed at this property before and love the location and communication with the host. One thing we notice this time being in a basement, is it can be kind of noises with foot step and talking from the people upstairs.We loved the property and will stay again next year!!!!

Such a nice comfortable place

Clean and comfortable. Stayed with a friend for about the same price as a single hotel room. Here we had separate bedrooms, full bath, living area, and full kitchen. Everything was very clean and beds were comfortable. Washer and dryer were handy as I only brought a carryon bag. Fully stocked kitchen but we didn’t do much cooking as there are great restaurants nearby. Had one problem and the host was there in minutes to fix it. Does not feel like a lower level as there are windows and is only 3 steps down. Parking was right outside. It’s only a block from the Trax station which allows you to go downtown quickly and not worry about driving and parking in the city. Had a great week here and will stay here again.

A little jewel in West Jordan

Jon was great to work with, he was totally responsive to our needs. Very nice suite had everything we needed down to the smallest details! Was extremely clean and well equipped. Would definitely stay again!! Definitely 5 stars.

Very lovely stay. We had everything we needed and the kitchen had a lot of basics stocked. Had some of my kids and grandkids for dinner one night. Loved it. The listing did show ‘hot tub’ which it does not have.

Great stay!

The hosts were so responsive and the 2 bedroom apartment is furnished so nicely. Of all the places I've stayed they have the best stocked kitchen I've ever seen. I would highly recommend this property!

This rental was clean, spacious, and welcoming beyond my expectations! There are people upstairs but I did not feel intruded upon. The few times we crossed paths was very, very friendly. When in the backyard you feel amazing as you watch the horses and gaze upon a godly sized mountain. Staying here was just what I needed. Lastly, he price was appreciated as I was there to visit my mom who flew out of state for a special operation.

Quality and quiet

Jon and Mony keep a great place - it's well laid out with quality furnishings and everything you would want for an extended stay. It is a basement appartment that doesn't feel like a basement. It had good quality kitchen utensils and cookware and was very clean. The neighbor's horses gave it a tranquil feeling of being in the countryside - when it is in a residential area. I liked everything about it.

Great Affordable Find

Nice layout in main area which worked well even with a large group we had for a family dinner. The double queen beds were perfect for our teenagers. Also our granddaughters loved the horse in the neighbors yard.

We were blown away with all the space and amenities they had for us! Jon made sure we had everything we needed and was a gracious host- alerting us about snow conditions too. We were comfy and cozy after our days on the slopes. Waking up to horses waiting by the car was awesome too!
