객실은 약간 노후화되고 욕실이 좁았지만 다른 호텔 역시 대부분 비슷합니다. 직원의 친절함과 미소는 잘츠부르크 여행의 잊지못할 또하나의 좋은 기억으로 남습니다. 조식도 매우 훌륭하구요 스크램블은 꼭 드셔보세요. 여행마치고 오는분들을 위해 따뜻한 커피도 무료로 드실수 있도록 배려해주셨습니다. 바로 옆 무궁화식당에서 한식의 즐거움도 맛봤구요. 위치는 아주 나이스합니다. 잘자요 라는 인사말을 배우셨던 스탭분 다음에 다시 만나길 기대합니다~~^^

What a gem of a hotel! From the moment we arrived and were greeted by the delightful and welcoming team to the end of our most enjoyable stay everything was seamless. The room was very clean and bright and the bed was very comfortable. The house keeping team were delightful. The location of the hotel is simply excellent. On the doorstep of the major attractions. Lots of eateries nearby as well as supermarkets. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet which was very good value, and included lovely home baked goods as well as hot and cold options. It was a bonus to be able to serve ourselves hot chocolate and coffee at any time during the day, very welcome indeed after a day of walking in the snowy weather. We enjoyed our stay enormously.

Outstanding ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience during my stay. The room was very clean, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the overall comfort exceeded my expectations. This hotel is exceptional! Igor and Dominik made check in so easy! The room was clean and had windows which opened on to the pedestrian street. The bed was very comfortable. The directions to walk to the Christmas market were perfect and we also were very close to the Edelweiss Cooling School (a must do). Igor made me some wonderful scrambled eggs! The breakfast buffet literally had everything! Igor and Domink you make the stay so wonderful! Keep in mind on the pedestrian streets there are no car parking so unload there and you park outside the limited access area.

We had a lovely stay in Salzburg! The staff was all extremely friendly and helpful! We were given an apartment style room across the street from the main property which was spacious and comfortable! The bed was super comfortable, the apartment was updated nicely and the building was super cute as well. Nice touches in the bathroom with slippers and a couple other nice amenities! No elevator but not a big deal at all! The use of the coffee machine in the building was great! We opted out of breakfast so I cannot comment on it. The location in Salzburg was fantastic, walking distance to all major attractions and the Christmas markets! Overall a great stay and I would stay again if I am ever back in Salzburg!

Nice Austria hotel within walking distance to everything including the train station. They also offer a city wide bus ticket at all hotel's in Austria. Beautiful area to visit.
