We had a wonderful trip to this hotel. Great location, walkable to anywhere in Salzburg. The restaurant was both beautiful and had great views of the city. Rooms were quiet, large, with very comfortable beds. Would highly recommend, coming from a pretty particular traveler.

Was there to enjoy the Christmas Markets. The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. Walking distance to the markets and other sites. Buses nearby are very convenient. Would highly recommend.

We will definitely book this hotel again if we ever go back to Salzburg. As soon a you step into the hotel you will be welcome me by a wonderful scent that lingers throughout all the floors and corner of the building. The staff are courteous, and the location is very central. With a bus stop just across the street. The only negative I can mention is that the room is too warm. Even my daughter , who is always cold , complained about the temperature.It disrupted our sleep .

Breakfast was not included, but we had both breakfast and a lunch in the Sky Bar rooftop. The staff was incredible from our arrival til we left. Toby helped us get our car to the garage, Michael was my go to for everything! We had an issue with our shower and the maintenance showed up immediately. A day later he gave us help finding a doctor for my friend. Every person at the desk was the most helpful.

Hotel was great and in a great location. Staff was friendly. Loved the smart tv with Netflix and YouTube option. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom door was glass and it was so loud when you tried to close it which woke everyone up in the middle of the night several times.
