Hotel was great and in a great location. Staff was friendly. Loved the smart tv with Netflix and YouTube option. The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom door was glass and it was so loud when you tried to close it which woke everyone up in the middle of the night several times.

We loved this hotel. The staff was friendly, the hotel was spotless, and the beds were the most comfortable in our weeks travel around Germany! Our flight was canceled and we were disappointed they had no availability! We would recommend this hotel to friends!

Location is not exactly closed to old town, I picked hotel for the location and roof top restaurant, but I was extremely disappointed. Service at the restaurant at the roof top restaurant was absolutely bad, food was terrible.

We stayed in several different hotels this trip, and this one was perhaps our favorite for service and comfort. Staff was extremely helpful, and it was very useful to use the parking garage even after check-out. And the bed was fantastic!
