Beautiful hotel very centrally located on a pedestrian street with restaurants and outdoor seating, just down the street from the Miraball gardens and a short walk to the river and all of the attractions on the other side of it.

The location was excellent; easy to get to popular tourist spots. Also, the hotel was off the main road in the center of walkable shops. We appreciate the fresh, fruit infused water at reception. The breakfast buffet was wonderfully diverse. I really enjoyed the tabouleh salad, spreads, cheeses, fresh eggs, fresh fruit and vegetables. I would’ve appreciated receiving the guest mobility ticket when I checked in online so that we could’ve used it from the train station to the hotel; but we did not get a response to our email. Front desk was helpful at checkout - great accommodation for luggage storage to tour one more spot before leaving Salzburg. Nice and quiet overall.

Lovely boutique hotel in a very convenient location. Buffet breakfast has more than enough selection to fill you. Very clean and great to have a kettle, mini fridge and Nespresso machine in the room.

Overall a nice place to stay. Couple of issues for our stay. There was a problem gaining driving access to the property to unload our luggage, buzzer was not answered and lady at front desk was quite rude about it all. Other gentleman there was much more helpful. Nice breakfast there, rooms were comfortable. Would consider staying there again, is nice to be in old town area without vehicle traffic.

This hotel had everything we needed for comfort and safety. Our only minor complaint would be that the fridge in the room did not work and they were not able to fix or replace it until our last night.

Good size, updated room with air conditioning. This hotel was the first one we’ve had on this trip that had an outlet in the bathroom for curling wand. Breakfast was good with large variety. Hotel was a little difficult to locate as you can drive in a pedestrian zone to get to it for easy unloading/loading. Code is needed in later day to access pedestrian zone. The sign for hotel was quite small with small lettering. A member of our group had to walk around the area to find it while we waited in our car in the very busy pedestrian zone. Parking garage easily accessible down a few blocks from hotel.
