Staff are amazing both front desk, cleaning, and cooking staff!!! I have stayed here a couple times now and the beds are very comfortable as well!!!! I definitely recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay to come here it’s the only hotel I’ll go to with my family that we feel like a home away from home

The room was clean when we arrived, and the bed was comfortable. We had an issue with the shower knob not turning off, which caused the water to keep running. They told us we had to wait for another room. It was a bit frustrating because it was getting late, and we really wanted to sleep. By the time maintenance came, they told us it was a common issue where the knob locks itself, and it was a simple fix. The receptionists also tried to turn it off, but couldn't. The room was ready by then, we had already packed our things, so there was no point in staying in our original room. After moving, our room was never cleaned, and we had to ask for towels at the reception area because the ones in the room were dirty. We were gone for hours each day, so I was confused as to why housekeeping never came. Breakfast was good, though it was mostly the same items every day. I didn’t try the pool, but I went to the bar one evening, and it was closed the next day. Overall, the hotel was alright but not amazing.

Clean, clean, clean

We really do look for places that are clean when traveling. We were very happy with how not only how clean the room was but the eating area, hallways, outside, and even the elevators were! Housekeeping does an amazing job. We have already recommended Ayer’s to many friends and family.
