Loved the service and Hotel, I did experience a problem witch was not there fault and they took care of me and took care of the problem immediately, Thanks to David front costumer service desk. I never got a call or anything from a manager, as I requested it. Other than that everything was excellent.

AC was nor working properly. Loud was too loud and it was either freezing cold or really warm, nothing in between and there was no way to shut it off. We had a very bad night because of that.

few issues

ironing board wouldn’t stand. iron was dirty and stained my shirt I was ironing. asked maid where pool was and she didn’t know and couldn’t speak English. your front desk folks are top notch!!! jacuzzi super dirty. I would stay again but not ever coming back to San Bernardino.
