The space
Alesea Oeste is a state-of-the-art private villa that sleeps 20 guests (maximum 32 with an additional fee), designed for comfort and large groups.

Other things to note
PETS
While we are not a fully pet-friendly villa, pets may be allowed for a fee of ₱12,000, subject to terms and conditions. This fee does not cover damages caused by pets, and additional charges may apply. Contact us to learn more.

ACCOMMODATION
The villa comfortably sleeps 20 guests. Floor mattresses and day beds can be set up to accommodate up to 32 guests. An additional ₱2,800/head/night applies to the 21st guest onward to cover extra floor mattresses and amenities.

STAFF QUARTERS
An extra AC bunk room is available for staff and drivers at ₱880/head/night and can accommodate up to 6 pax. The room is located within the property but is more modest in design and not of the same standard as the main guest bedrooms.

EVENTS
If your stay involves set-up, external suppliers, or additional day guests, an event fee starting at ₱10,000 may apply. Standard check-in is 3 PM. Supplier access may be allowed from 1 PM earliest for set-up only. If more time is needed, booking the night before is recommended. Please contact us to learn more.

PARKING
Outdoor driveway parking is available for up to 4 cars only.

SECURITY
For your peace of mind, please lock all windows and doors and keep your valuables secured. Alesea will not be held liable for any lost or missing items. Note: Security cameras are installed in common outdoor areas.
