The free drinks were awful! It should be for any type of drink let the customer choose what they prefer. You took a benefit and turned it into a negative!! No lime wedges for our taco!! Limes are a dime a dozen.

The shuttle arrived within 20 minutes of landing and the driver was extremely polite. Breakfast was very healthy however, there wasn’t any bacon or sausage. No biggy. All of the hotel staff was very professional and very friendly. 5 star service!!!

My flight was delayed and I arrived after midnight. I didn’t make it to the breakfast buffet as I prioritized sleep after a long day of travel. I came to the restaurant just after 10 when the buffet had just closed. The staff made me an omelet and fruit plate. I fully expected to pay and they wouldn’t let me. I always stay at this hotel when I’m flying in or out of SJO. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are incredible!
