2 months ago. I tried to cancel this reservation less than 24 hours after making it, but they would not let me. They said i purchase a non refundable room, which was not true. So they kept my money, and ignored my request. I expect better from Marriott.

I have terrible experience at this property. My check in was late which I already informed the property by calling them few times. - front desk staff had no idea about the booking and her was very bad - breakfast timings are until 9:30 am. We reached the breakfast counter and there was nothing. We were told that they don't refill after 9. In the name of breakfast, they just had packed oats and coffee. Nothing else. They were no ready to put more packs of instant oats (which was the only option they serve in breakfast. - Foul smell across the property. Mainly in the elevator and in the hallway. It was like mould smell. - our room was #360 which had a lot of issues, washbasin faucet was broken, all drains (kitchen, bathtub, washbasin) were clogged, leaking toilet cistern, dirty windows, old fashioned AC for which the filter has never been changed. The AC was throwing stale and smelly air.
