We appreciated the location to the airport and convenience with the airport shuttle! We enjoyed the on site restaurant and also the proximity to the grocery store across the street. We enjoyed the sitting areas near the pool which were great for our family to play some cards outside of the room.

The place was nice, it had a beautiful pool and garden around the area, which was impressive being in the middle of the city. The area around had a lot of traffic and noise throughout the night. The food was good, though the rice was a bit crispy. The TV had poor picture, but the room was clean and nice. Nice staff.

I stay here on every trip to SJ for business and international flights. The shuttle is excellent, the restaurant is better than you can imagine. Variety, excellent cuisine. It's not a "hotel" restaurant. It's full service with large local following. The staff will bend over backwards to help. There is also a nice pool with view of mountains. You really can't go wrong. Support small local biz. This is a good one

The room was cleaned everyday, the staff was amazing and went out of their way to accommodate us. We had free breakfast every morning and the restaurant was amazinggg. They were very patient with us and our translating apps. 😂❤️ Thanks so much for having us! We had a great time in Costa Rica!!

The staff was in general quite helpful. The worst part was a strong chemical perfume smell in my room that was unbearable and that lasted through the night and the morning. It was most unpleasant. The reception let me cancel the second night at this hotel so I could find another place to sleep that night, which I appreciated. They said the strong cleaning products responsible for the smell were important to keep the place sanitary. I could not bear it, but it seems others were less bothered by it. The trees and plants seemed less well cared for, and the hotel was on a busy street that caused noise at times.

Really loved the property, the room and the excellent location in Belen. A little unimpressed by the lack of hot water facilities in the room and that we ended up using an alternate open room just to take showers. Breakfast was excellent as was everyone on the service team.
