This may have been the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had… Upon arriving my children enter their room, and there is a huge nest of bugs in their room… They go downstairs to get their room changed, they go back upstairs remote control is on the bed the bed literally looks like somebody was laying in it and none of the lights work, then they go back downstairs and remind them again. They put them in another room and this room has three condoms in the bed at this point they just gave up because they were just tired and wanted to go to bed… My cousins all the bathtub faucets were leaking and the rooms were all dirty… No apology no nothing. I do not recommend this place. Please do not stay there… This is the first bad review I’ve ever given it. Was that bad

The room was very outdated, tiles were peeling, a lot of rust in the bathroom, small tv, always had to ask for extra towels and were told EVERY DAY that they don’t have any at the moment and would take an hour. Hot tub was cold and they said maintenance was coming. All 5 days we were there, it was never fixed

Pool needed painted, have to go to the front desk for pool towels, can’t charge drinks to your room, food was poor quality, no room door lock for pool entrance only a chain, bed was old and concave to sleep. Will not go there again.

I can tell it was once a great property. It is in severe need of maintenance. Pool chairs dirty and broken. Pool bar only accessible from water. Carpeting in room torn; bathtub so stained, difficult to stand in let alone sit in. Furniture needs repair throughout. Shower never gets hot. Mattress uncomfortable. Dangerous ( streets, not people) to walk anywhere. Shuttles every hour and a half not normal for an airport hotel. One ice machine in entire hotel for guests. Not covenient. On a plus, David, while new, is very polite and will be an asset at the front desk.

Check in time is 3 PM. We got there around 2:30 PM. We checked in but they would not give us a key so we waited in the lobby. By the time 3 PM arrived there was a line of about 30 people. So we had to wait behind 30 people. They could’ve given us a key and told us to wait until 3 PM to go to the room

Room was alright. Could have used some simple fixes to make it much better. Could NOT use the hot tub in the room as it was warped and nasty. My butt was not touching that. The hot tub for the guests was nothing other than a slightly warm pool. Could not get anyone to exchange money for my collection. I thought that was wierd and thought I paid for breakfast but I guess not.
