This hotel is very old with dirty carpeting throughout, my shower did not work at all and I had to wash my hair under a tap. The breakfast food was lukewarm and not good quality. The staff was friendly but not very helpful.

El staff y el desayuno excelentes. El área del frente muy bonita y arreglada pero el área de las habitaciones todo lo contrario. La habitación tenía olor a humedad, la alfombra abultada, el lavamanos no bajaba bien al igual que la bañera. El olor de las toallas tampoco era agradable y el balcón estaba hecho un desastre. Una lástima porque el personal es muy amable pero no vuelvo. En adición es un área de mucho tráfico que debes considerar para moverte porque hay tráfico siempre y para ir a comer o tomar tours por tu cuenta te toma mucho tiempo llegar a cualquier lugar.

The bed was not so good, I could feel the springs on my back. Even though the hotel is going through a huge renovation, I could feel the issues of an older hotel. The electricity went off one morning and a member of my group could not take a shower because the hotel was also out of running water.

If you’re just looking for a comfortable bed and a hot shower for the night, keep looking. Honestly there was nothing impressive about this hotel at all. I’m sure it was lovely in the 80’s when it was last updated. But in 2025, this place is run down and gross. Everything is stained. The carpets, the couches, the chairs, the bedding, the walls, the tables. The lamps are covered in a film of grime. I didnt even want to walk around the room without shoes on because the carpet was so gross. The bathroom was gross. Everything was broken. The shower head was so pathetic, I could hardly wash the soap off my body. Not to mention the water never got above room temp. The food from the restaurant was gross. They forgot to bring one of the two things I ordered to room service. In addition to that, the shuttle from the airport left without me twice, making me have to pay for a taxi. Honestly this was all horrible and I wish I had just paid extra to stay at the Hyatt by the airport. That being said, the staff were all lovely. The property itself is the only thing I took issue with.

Excellent breakfast. I did not give five stars because the property was very dated and the airport shuttle was a disaster. We were not told it needed to be ordered at least an hour in advance, so they did not accommodate us. They tried to say it only runs once a day at 12:30. This is something that should be explained during check in.

I remember coming here 25 years ago many times. Unfortunately, It is very old and needs updating. The entrance from the back parking lot is horrendous and needs serious repair. Unfortunately, I will go elsewhere.
