I dislike leaving bad reviews but this hotel is overrated (hotels.com rating) and the photos on the listing do not represent the hotel conditions. The shower was falling apart, moldy and dirty, pillows were lumpy and smelled. The room smelled like smoke/mildew and the couch had stains. The hotel is old and needs to be updated. We checked in late, staff was friendly and helpful. But there was someone sleeping in a booth in the lobby and it was over all an unpleasant experience. After checking in and going to the room we wanted to leave but it was late and no refund option was offered when I contacted hotels.com. The airport shuttle was on time and efficient. 5 stars for that.

Our room, 425 had a major trip and fall hazard where the couch is too close the foot of the bed to allow access to the wall side of the bed. Other than that, the property is clean well maintained and super convenient to the airport. The neighborhood is an older area near the airport so not much shopping or services. Perfect place for overnight between flights.

Room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was clean and had all the necessities, but could have used a couple more big towels. The deadbolt lock did not seem to work. Front desk personnel were efficient and friendly. I have stayed there before, but not for at least a year, and will continue to do so.
