Overall, the hotel was good. However, we did experience an issue: the fire alarm went off by mistake on two consecutive mornings, which made it difficult for us to rest. Because of the inconvenience, they offered us complimentary parking. The service was very good, and the staff was extremely friendly. Despite the issue, I would stay here again.

Room was great and updated. They’re currently remodeling the hotel and I can’t wait to come back to see the finished product. Ate at the breakfast/lunch cafe every morning for breakfast and they had many options. Then ate at the dinner restaurant twice. Amazing brick oven pizza. The pool & jacuzzi were fantastic. We stayed in October and had the entire outdoor area to ourselves on multiple occasions. 2 blocks over from the beach made getting there very convenient. One block over from the Main Street with countless food & shopping places. We have already decided that on our next trip to Puerto Rico we’ll be staying there again!

My room overlooked the pool and you could see the ocean in between buildings The beach is a short walk away. Renovations are almost finished but noise from them was not an issue. Little kids will enjoy the splash zone. The Embassy Suites behind it has a local seafood place very tasty. The hotel food restaurant food was very good as was the coffee shop in the lobby. Fast food and convenience stores a short within walking distance. You can also Uber. Beginning January 2026 it will be a Hyatt Centric Hotel. My only issue was a noise either from the AC or upstairs bathroom It was not constant and since we are not light sleepers it wasn’t a problem. I think it was an isolated incident as I have stayed here before and it was not a problem.
