We love being surrounded by nature, whether it's listening to the frogs in the pond out front or sitting on the back deck surrounded by the towering Norwegian pines. We also love walking into Sandwich Center with all its history and charm, stopping in shops, or just bringing home a trove of goodies from Beth's Bakery. Beach time is always a highlight and we are spoiled to be minutes away from Boardwalk Beach and Town Neck Beach as well as having easy access to other Cape beaches. We hope you will be refreshed by the peace and beauty of nature and enjoy all the fun and diversions Sandwich and the rest of Cape Cod has to offer.

From the moment you arrive, this inviting Sandwich Village getaway—featuring 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms—welcomes you with coastal charm and unbeatable location. Tucked in a quiet, private setting yet just a short stroll to local restaurants, coffee shops, and the town library, this home offers the perfect blend of serenity and convenience.

Enter through the breezeway and step into a warm, thoughtfully laid-out interior. The front hall leads you to Bedroom 1, featuring a king-size bed—ideal for relaxing after a day exploring Cape Cod. The heart of the home is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials for crafting home-cooked meals. Just off the kitchen, enjoy meals together at the dining table with seating for four and easy access to the back deck through sliding doors.

The living room is filled with natural light and offers ample comfortable seating—perfect for game nights, movie marathons, or catching up with friends and family.

Down the hallway, you'll find two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom. Bedroom 2 features a queen-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom with a stall shower for added privacy and ease. Bedroom 3 is ideal for kids or extra guests, offering three twin beds (including a bunk bed and a single twin).

Important Note: This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, and parties or social events are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM and must be respected to ensure a peaceful experience for both guests and neighbors.
