D206 is an Enhanced Unit within the Blind Pass Rental Program: which has undergone major renovations and is equipped with all appliances within hospitality industry standards for life expectancy. Enhanced Units have up-to-date furnishings, including mattresses, throughout and are well appointed.

Blind Pass Condos at Bowman's Beach D206: This condo is a spacious second-floor unit with plenty of room to relax. It features a peaceful courtyard view and a modern, open design enhanced by lovely neutral, beachy decor and modern upgrades throughout. Large windows fill the space with natural light and showcase beautiful views overlooking the lush tropical landscaping.

Guest bedroom: 2 full beds
Living room: 1 pull-out queen size sleeper sofa

Bedrooms and Bathrooms: The primary bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and relaxing beach-inspired decor, along with a walk-in closet offering ample storage. The primary bathroom includes a lovely walk-in tiled shower. The guest bedroom is spacious and inviting, with two full beds, beachy decor, and a flat-screen TV for added entertainment. The guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully stocked and open to the living area, making it ideal for entertaining. It features brand new stainless steel appliances, new small appliances, and a large island with four barstools for extra seating. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the large kitchen closet.

Dining and Living Room: The dining table comfortably seats six, with overflow seating available at the kitchen island. The living room offers comfortable seating, including a queen sleeper sofa, and a welcoming coastal ambiance for relaxing after a day at the beach.

Great island retreat

It was great to stay on Sanibel. It was very relaxing, and we had everything we needed. I am sure it was much less busy than normal due to COVID-19, but we enjoyed the beach, pool and restaurants while we could. The condo was nice and clean and well stocked with dishes and utensils in the kitchen. It was nice to have a washer and dryer inside. We loved all the DVD /blueray movies in the condo. We watched movies everynight. Great selection of beach chairs and other items in the condo. We have spent a lot of time vacationing in other areas of southwest Florida, but we hope to come back to Sanibel and Blindpass again.

A new favorite

The property did all that we required of it. Nothing fancy, close to everything we wanted about Sanibel. Property staff was very nice and the grounds and facility are well cared for.
