Ideal for families or small groups, this elevated home is accessed by a flight of stairs and features a cozy queen-sized bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom, providing flexible sleeping arrangements for guests of all ages. The bathroom includes a walk-in shower and modern fixtures, offering a bright and functional space to refresh after a day on the beach or exploring the island. A sleeper sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space for guests.

The open living area is thoughtfully designed with tile flooring and warm coastal touches, creating a comfortable space to gather, watch a movie, or simply unwind. unit was so clean and fresh and comfortable.

We were happy to find a place that lovingly accommodates a larger dog. With being pet friendly units one might expect animal smells etc, but the unit was so clean and fresh and comfortable. The location can't be beat.

The location was great and the living space was amazing!

The cleaning lady was really rude when we tried talking to her prior to checking in. Also, there was nobody available in the office prior to check in to answer local questions. The phone number provided did not go to a local, it went to a call center who manages calls for multiple properties.

Sanibel memories

Clean, comfortable unit with a nice view. Well stocked kitchen pots, pans, etc. Very quiet location. Nice that there are only 2 units per elevated building with parking underneath. Ample supply of beach chairs, and towels. The beach cart came in handy. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well. We will definitely come back again.
