Come enjoy the beauty of Pointe Santo, the most immaculate and well groomed property on the island. Relax at this premier Sanibel complex. Soak up the sun at the pool and hot tub while the kids enjoy the shell crafts and nature walks at the on site children's activity program.

Our newly renovated condo is very well equipped to make your vacation completely enjoyable. The new kitchen has everything you could possible need including filtered water and an ice maker in the refrigerator, Cuisinart coffee maker, and pretty blue and white dishes. We try to put the best of everything in our condo to make our guests as comfortable as possible, so that there is nothing to think about except having a great vacation.

A recent renovation has produced a spectacular condo. Gorgeous Italian tile throughout, a Tuscan master bath with double sized glass enclosed shower. The beds are especially comfortable with custom linens. After a day of relaxing, the grills are waiting for you to barbecue a steak or fish fillet, then enjoy a glass of wine on the lanai while watching the sun set over the gulf. WiFi throughout the condo and the complex lets you check your e-mail at any time. There are TV's in the living room and bedrooms.

Our condo is furnished with a beach umbrella, beach chairs, sand toys, games, puzzles, DVDs, and a whole shelf of books. There are even beach towels, so you don't have to pack them. Just bring yourselves and your bathing suit and enjoy!

We had an excellent stay . The condo was clean and had everything we needed and then some. The property itself was well maintained and beautiful. Clean beach , great views with lots of seating. The pool area is new and well maintained also. Our host reached out to make sure we had everything . Overall a really great vacation was has by the whole family. Clean, comfortable home away from home. Close to the beach and pool, convenient parking. Kitchen had all the equipment needed, pantry had some necessary items like coffee filters and salt and pepper. Washer and dryer were large capacity, dressers and closets had ample space. Wendy, our hostess, sent us a detailed mini blog of the unit as well as the island in general and was very quick to respond when we had a question. Looking forward to staying again

Pointe Santo Condos are the perfect place to stay while visiting Sanibel Island. The condos are ideally located on Sanibel and it is a short drive from Pointe Santo to the many restaurants and shops that are on the island. A beautiful gulf view beach is a short walk away!The unit is nicely furnished and well stocked. It was very clean and the basic needs - soap, toilet paper, paper towels, basic spices etc…- were in the unit. The host, Wendy, does an amazing job communicating and is very helpful with dining and things to see and do suggestions.This was our second visit to Sanibel and our second stay at Pointe Santo Condos. Hoping there will be many more visits in the future. Sanibel Island is truly a beautiful and magical place to vacation!Big thanks to Wendy for sharing her lovely property with us. Wendy did a great job in advance of our arrival with updates on the island since hurricane Ian. She was a fantastic host and made sure if we had any questions or concerns they would be addressed immediately.An excellent place to enjoy a week on Sanibel with a host that insured every thing would be first class.

Ocean Breezes

The water--from the pool or the ocean--is just steps away. We rented bikes and got to everywhere in just minutes. We loved the thoughtful amenities, like beach chairs, umbrellas and towels as well as high-quality kitchen items for our family that loves to cook. Comfortable beds and furniture and a lovely en-suite bath.

Wonderful stay with accommodating host

Wendy’s home is beautiful and brand new after the renovations made post the hurricanes. We were the first guests to stay since the renovations and any issues were dealt with quickly. Wendy had exceptional communication and let us know ahead of time any delays with the contractors. We would definitely stay here again- would love to see the property once everything is finished :)

The Pointe Santo property is centrally located on Sanibel Island. It was very easy to find and it was a short drive to restaurants, shops and other points of interest. The condo we stayed in was beautifully furnished and well stocked. The landscaping on the property is still in the process of being repaired due to the storm damage caused by Hurricane Ian. It is not as lush & green as one would anticipate, but now knowing how much damage was done, it is amazing how far the restoration has progressed.

Our stay at Pointe Santo Property 157144

This condo was in excellent condition. All the appliances we wonderful and very modern. The condo was spotless and very well-maintained. The owner of this condo was so helpful with every question and made wonderful suggestions to make our stay perfect. I would highly recommend this condo (I have already recommended to my neighbors) and would love to stay here again. Sanibel is truly a beautiful island and and our stay could not have gone better. Escape to Paradise!

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week on beautiful Sanibel Island in the comfort and luxury of B1 at Pointe Santo de Sanibel. We have been vacationing on Sanibel Island for 15 years and have made many lasting family memories here! Pointe Santo de Sanibel is our preferred property due to the location, beautiful beach, and the many amenities offered in the complex. This was our first time staying in this unit, but we found it to be very homey and comfortable and stocked with everything we could possibly need. The location is great - on the ground floor so no waiting for the elevator. You walk out the door and in a few short steps you can be at the pool or beach. Working with Wendy was a pleasure and making the arrangements couldn't have been easier. We are already looking forward to our next trip to paradise and we hope that this unit will be available!
