Really nice hotel. At the southern end of Cala Millor which seemed to be the quieter end but within easy 5/10 minute walk to the main pedestrian street. The beach was lovely and again less busy near our hotel, away from the main area of Cala Millor. The hotel was great, breakfast choices excellent, pool cold but nice. Our only complaint would be that many things, including the majority of the TV channels were in German. We had been looking forward to learning and practising Spanish! But this is very minor and would return to the hotel again. Also be aware that evening entertainment is outside by the pool and most evenings goes on to 10:30pm or 11pm. It was not a problem for us but the noise may be disruptive if you have young children trying to sleep. The entertainment was generally aimed at the children too.

Excellent Hotel

This is a great hotel. Food is excellent with a great variety of food for all tastes. The hotel is spotlessly clean. Staff are all excellent, so well trained, polite and with a great concept of customer service at the heart of all interactions. The pool area, while a little small, is very clean and well maintained. We particularly enjoyed the aqua gym each day. We had a lovely view of the pool and sea from our balcony. Beds are very comfortable and only complaint was that room was a little small for 2 adults and 1 12 yr old child, with limited storage for clothes etc. Apart from that we had a lovely holiday in this very well managed hotel! Cala Millor is a nice safe resort, with a lovely prom, a beach which is rocky in parts and nice bars, restaurants and shops in town.

Very hot break on the beach

Lovely hotel right on the beach. Hotel was really nice, staff fantastic, couldn't do enough for you. We stayed on the 6th floor with a sea view, stunning! The hotel itself is some way away from bars and restaurants, as we were there during a heatwave it was too hot to explore the resort properly. Breakfast and dinner choices were great and overall a fantastic break

This hotel i would highly recommend to all travelers. We enjoyed so much we extended our trip to enjoy. The parking garage made having a car so easy. The area is lovely and the view from the room is fantastic !! I recommend you get the junior suite with pool or sea view ( worth the reasonable upgrade ). The dinner here in the hotel is very nice and front staff all so wonderful and welcoming !!! Close to airport 7 miles i think it was. Spa is wonderful and plenty of other restaurants along the sea to stroll to if you like . Thanks again !

It's....good

This hotel had a cheap and cheerful vibe to it, with mostly (and I mean everyone except my wife and I) being retirement age and German. The hotel caters to their German guests, with German-language signage and activities. Made us feel a little left out but no big deal. What really drove us crazy was that the hotel charges to use the safe in your room, plus you have to leave a cash deposit with the front desk to use the safe as well as to use pool towels. We've traveled all over the world and have never run into a daily charge for using the safe in our room! The other thing that is not made clear when booking the hotel is that although the hotel is beachfront, you are not provided access to any lounge chairs on the beach, you have to pay a private vendor to use the beach chairs. The buffet was acceptable, no complaints but also no compliments there. Finally, the beds are two single beds pushed together, not a queen or kind sized bed as one would expect from a hotel. All that being said, the view from our room was fantastic and we had a great time overall!
