Villa Naiade is an elegant and welcoming three-story villa which faces the sun and the sea. It sleeps eight people. From Villa Naiade you will enjoy a fascinating view of the sea, of Sorrento and of Mount Vesuvius. Villa Naiade is 150 square meters (1615 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, a private terrace, two private patios, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 1.6 km (one mile) from Colli di Fontanelle, where you will find restaurants and shops. You will find the closest restaurant at 1.3 km (roughly 1400 yards), a grocery store at 1.8 km (roughly 1.1 mile), the bus stop a few meters (feet) away and the closest beach (La Marinella Beach Sant'Agnello) at 4.6 km (roughly 2.85 miles).
You will reach Villa Naiade from the parking area going up a walkway that includes approximately 14 stairway steps.
For a successful stay at Villa Naiade we recommend having a car. You will be able to park it free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to two small cars (the size of a Fiat Punto or smaller).

Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is 6 meters (20 feet) large by 3.5 meter (11.5 feet) long, 1.2 meters (4 feet) deep. The area is equipped with sun loungers and an external shower, and it is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof and by an awning. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a thrilling view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of April until the end of October.
Patio 1
The first patio is 90 square meters (970 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a characteristic pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a small sofa, an armchair and wood benches and with tables, chairs and a sun umbrella. Here you will also find a brickwork barbecue. From the patio you will enjoy a spellbinding view of the swimming pool and of the sea.
Patio 2
The second patio is 30 square meters (320 square feet) large. It is equipped with two armchairs and with a sun umbrella. From the patio you will enjoy a lovely view of the greenery.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The living room is paved with elegant marble. The furnishings are classic and welcoming, and include two sofas and an upholstered fabric bench. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the first patio through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first patio.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed), that can be split into twins if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). The furnishings include a bedroom chair and an upholstered fabric bench. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second patio through a French door. The room also has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a hydromassage shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, a clothes dryer, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen through an access area.
First FloorBedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include an upholstered fabric bench. From the bedroom you will be able to enter a small terrace with a view of the sea through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bedroom 3
You will be able to enter the third bedroom through a corridor. It has two twin beds (80 cm/32 inches), that can be pushed together into a matrimonial bed if requested (please contact our staff in advance to make arrangements). An additional single bed (80 cm/32 inches) is available (if requested in advance with an additional cost -- please enquire with our staff) to make it a triple room (without exceeding the maximum occupancy of eight guests). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. The room has a window, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is made of marble and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower, a bathtub and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
Second FloorTerrace
The terrace is 28 square meters (301 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a porch and by an awning. It is equipped with a table and chairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a breathtaking view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea.
Bedroom 4
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom through an access area. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 1.60 meters (5.2 feet) at its lowest point. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a bedroom chair. There is also a cooking area. The kitchenette is equipped with a two-burner induction cooker. The room has a window with a view of the sea, and it's equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit, and you will also find a mini refrigerator.
Bathroom 3
The third bathroom is decorated with mosaic tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a chromotherapeutic shower and a hairdryer. The ceiling is sloped and has an height of 1.10 meter (3.6 feet) at its lowest point. You will be able to enter the bathroom through an access area.
