It is part of a group of 5 flats in the same block, which makes it a very interesting alternative for large groups, providing at the same time proximity and intimacy among its members if they rent several of them.

The area

Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded with the blue flag by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) extend along almost 9 kilometres of coastline, are of fine, white sand and are equipped with all services,

The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, discotheques, sports, etc. and with all the facilities: supermarkets, chemists, municipal swimming pool... close to the neighbourhood, so you won't need to travel.

From the village you can reach any point of the island. The Parc Natural de s'Albufera is just a few kilometres away by bicycle, as is the Parc de la finca pública de Son Real (an incomparable natural area full of archaeological sites), which you can reach on foot, by bicycle or on horseback along the coast.

A bus line connects Can Picafort with Puerto de Alcúdia, the walled Roman city of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença, Pollença, Inca and Palma, the capital.
