The chalet, which was renovated in 2017, is located in a quiet residential area of Son Bauló, so to speak the smaller and prettier sister of Can Picafort with its very own flair. The house is well maintained and has a beautiful mature garden with old trees. There are plenty of sun loungers available at the beautifully landscaped infinity pool. There are also further terraces, some of which are covered, and also with direct access to the house.
The accommodation
On the ground floor there is the master bedroom with a double bed and exit to the terrace and a bathroom en suite. Another bathroom and a second bedroom are also on the ground floor.On the upper floor there is the large living and dining room with German satellite TV, internet and air conditioning. Two further bedrooms each have two single beds, another bathroom with shower and the fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher are on this floor. The house is stocked with all kinds of towels, for the kitchen, the bathrooms and also for the pool/beach. A cot and high chair can be provided free of charge upon request.
The house is located in a very well-kept and quiet residential area, only about 500 meters from the town's beautiful and uncrowded sandy beach. Supermarkets and numerous shops are all within walking distance, as are a large selection of bars and restaurants.In the well-known holiday resort of Can Picafort, about a quarter of an hour's walk, there is a complete infrastructure such as pharmacies, doctors, large supermarkets, all kinds of shops and a wide range of water sports activities and evening entertainment.
