The villa is just 400 meters from the sea, located in Son Serra de Marina that gives name a beautiful sandy and rocky beach with very little water depth, ideal for children.
The two-storey house has 3 rooms with a capacity for 6 guests, 2 full bathrooms, a living - dining room with air conditioning and a fully equipped kitchen.
The well-kept outdoor area offers an artificial lawn, a pool which measures 6 x 4 m, next to a pleasant furnished terrace which is perfect to enjoy the sun of the island.
Residential and very quiet area where you can enjoy good restaurants. They offer fresh fish and Mallorcan cuisine.
