On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms: the master bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a double bed, and a third bedroom with two single beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower, while an additional separate toilet is located next to the lounge.



The second floor features a bright open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, designed to make the most of the views through its large windows. From the comfort of the sofa, you can watch sailing boats passing across the bay.
