At 3.5 km from the sandy beach in Can Picafort, this beautiful villa with private pool offers a second home for 2-6 guests.



The house is in a very quiet location and has a private pool of 9 x 4.5 metres and a depth between 1.1 and 1.8 metres, spacious terrace with sunbeds, outdoor shower and a barbecue for great evenings with friends and family. The kitchen open to the living-dining room is fully equipped, including a ceramic hob and dishwasher. For relaxation there are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two with double beds and one with 2 single beds. Two bathrooms with shower or bathtub, satellite TV, a washing machine, iron, ironing board and Wifi complete the equipment.



The next village, Can Picafort, is 3.5 km away and offers supermarkets, restaurants, playgrounds and shops. A 10 minutes drive will take you to Playa de Muro, a fine sandy family beach. We recommend a visit to the old town of Alcúdia and Pollença, the lighthouse of Formentor and the beach of Formentor, the Caves of Artà and the street market of Sineu which takes place every Wednesday. A car is necessary.

In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years old. The amount is €2.2 per night per person in high season and is halved from the ninth night onwards. During the months of November to April, the Ecotasa is 0.55€ per night per adult. The Ecotasa is payable before arrival.



Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.

The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
