The property is very deteriorated. Service is just OK but very well below of whay you would expect from a Quinta Real. The food is great although extremely overpriced.

Quinta Real is a great place to escape for a relaxing and peaceful experience. The fantastic service and attention to details really stood out. I recommend Quinta Real for those who want to truly unwind and unplug and really enjoy the views, beach and exceptional service.

Room was very clean and beautiful views from the room, but the property needs some updating on the outside & grounds beneath our suite. We experienced an issue with the AC and hot water one day as well as internet was inconsistent but I think that's just Mexico. The pool is very far away from the room and if you can't do stairs this is not the place for you. It only had one restaurant so we found ourselves going into La Cruecita frequently. It was nice and quiet which was nice. Staff was friendly but service was slow to get towels at the pool and to get seated at dinner. Obviously it was an amazing hotel at one point and if they do some outside updating it would be awesome.

Loved the room and our own pool. It needs repairs in a lot of areas. We did not have hot water we expected for a couple of days. Great beach access. Test aunt was expensive so we are in town most every meal. Quiet which was nice.

The property and rooms are excellent, the food is good but a bit overpriced. If you stay in the upper area, it takes a lot of climbing the stairs to go to the beach. Overall, if you want to relax and enjoy the pool and the beach, this is the hotel to be in. The only negative thing is that you cannot walk to the little town of Santa Cruz, the hotel is too far and it takes over an hour, you have to take a taxi to get there, there is nothing much outside the property.

The staff is amazing. The hotel is beautiful and the service is outstanding. Love the food. A few details could be better and newer such as the shower cortin and couch’s cushions. At the beach, sometimes strangers would use the hotel’s palapas and the guards would take long to prevent this to happen.

Small non all inclusive. Incredible view from room. Quiet, friendly attentive staff, great uncrowded pool/beach area. The pool sitting area needs updating and rooms are dated but ok. Great walking in area and close to 2 small towns for restaurants, souvenir shopping

Views, delicious breakfasts, beach services. Just slow service, need more staff, AC was not fully operational in our room. There are a lot of stairs, be prepared. However they do offer shuttles to beach.

The location is absolutely gorgeous with beautiful scenery and view of the ocean. I feel that there should be a little bit more care taken with cleaning the outside walkways and steps, etc. I would also like to see railings in the pool area. It is not an easy place for a senior citizen for walking. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to look after me with my special diet needs.
