The first room was disgusting-hair and something dark on the bed. Toothpaste and in sink. The shower was terrible, several little hairs and looked like pee in it. The second room was okay other than crumbs all over and some gunk in the shower that looked like snot. Our room key only worked 1 out of 3x so that was a hassle. It would be cute decent spot if was clean and better staff.

Did not enjoy my stay here. The tv and phone did not work. The automatic lights under the bed come on when you move in your bed. I do not recommend this hotel.

Long night

The room was very nice and very clean. I did get upset when a guest left their dog in the room and it barked for almost two hours. I complained to the front desk and they knew which room it was. I think they should have called the guest and told them to return to the room to quiet the dog or they would need to leave. The hotel has the cell phone numbers for each guest, and could have called the owners. Also, I woke up at 10:30 to a loud noise outside. Was awake over an hour and finally called the front desk. They came to check and said it was an exhaust fan behind the room and I would need to change rooms. So at MIDNIGHT, I had to gather all my belongings and my dog and move. They were very nice and accommodating, but I really would like a discount. I lost several hours of sleep, and it was a major inconvenience to switch rooms in the middle of the night.

The hotel was nicely renovated. There were 3 things I disliked about it however. First I booked online and no mention of extra charge of 20$ for the dog. The second thing was the breakfast was terrible. Third and most importantly we didn't sleep because they had motion activated lights around the bed that came on randomly throughout the night , hard wired with no way to turn them off, total we might have got only 2 hours of sleep. Nice idea but they need a way to turn them off.
