"The service at this place is above and beyond expectations. The staff and manager are quick to respond and make sure you have what you need. The views at night are magical. A sweater is necessary as the nights are cool. I stayed in Dome 3 with the best view in my opinion. It is quite sunny during the day, so leave the place around 9 am and return around 4 pm. We love it, we will definitely return. To get to the domos requieres walking up steep hill, so it is not for those who have knee or back problems."

"I recently stayed at Hotel Tres Piedras in El Salvador and had a mixed experience overall. Positives: The views are absolutely outstanding. Both from our room and throughout the property, the scenery is truly the highlight of the stay. The staff was another strong point. Everyone we interacted with was very helpful, attentive, and genuinely cordial, which made a big difference. The included breakfast was also very good, with great flavor and a nice variety of options. Negatives: There are a few areas that need improvement. The pool was quite disappointing. It was not heated, so we couldn’t really enjoy it due to the cold temperature. The water jets were also not functioning, and overall it felt a bit unclean. Additionally, there was no hair dryer in the room. We requested one, but it took a full day to receive it. Lastly, the room lock was defective, which was inconvenient and concerning from a security standpoint. Overall, the hotel has incredible potential thanks to its views and staff, but some maintenance and attention to detail would really elevate the experience."

"King sized rooms have stunning views with balconies to enjoy. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. Always at your service and attentive. We also received massages and the masseuse was great. I wish the pool was cleaned a little more throughout the day since the breeze can blow leaves/bugs into the infinity pool. What a beautiful experience and we hope to be back. "
