Good but noise difficulties

It is very conveniently located. Noise in general was way too much. AC unit and street noise. People are friendly. Would recommend for people with families. Internet was surprisingly good.

This property was great! I was allowed to check -in early which gave me time to explore Santiago. The hotel is located right along the main drag so is very convenient. The breakfasts are great and the views are amazing . Highly recommend this hotel !

We had a medical emergency and the staff was very helpful. Staff was very friendly. Problems: non-functioning safe, phone, and some lights. Also level of safety in usage of shower was poor.

Gran Palace is a very nice hotel right in the center of Santiago. The staff is very helpful and friendly, and the rooms are very nice.

The check in is very easy. The staff are courteous and helpful. It has a lot of great facilities like a gym, hot tub, and pool, but we didn't use them because we were too busy exploring Santiago. This visit the room wasn't as big as on our first stay, but still it was very comfortable. There is also a very good breakfast.

The hotel is in the heart of the city and great for walking to different things in the neighborhood. The staff are great and so are the room service. The short fall is the room had twin beds and not joined to the head board. The room next to me was very noisy due to that. The restaurant being on the roof top is great has well. I would recommend this hotel, but get a room with bigger beds.
