Very outdated
The hotel was really outdated. We had booked 2 night stay but we checked out after 1 night because the rooms were very small, bathroom extremely small, very old rooms, couldnt find AC remote, no hot water kettle or microwave. Breakfast was very basic- the croissants and baked items were dry and cold.

Convenient location but had some problems!
We booked a last minute stay at Hotel Presidente Santiago as our standby flight was fully booked. It was in a convenient location and at a good price, so we booked through Hotels.com. The booking page stated that they provide a free airport shuttle service, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. However, when we spoke to the hotel they said that they didn't provide this service and we had to pay for a taxi ourselves! They also said that they didn't have our booking on record because they don't have the Hotels.com handle and had to keep my credit card details until after the Bank Holiday weekend until they could confirm. Staff were short with us at times but otherwise friendly and helpful.

Not a bad place to stay for the last night of my holiday. The room was a little cramped for the price but overall I had reasonable stay.

Room was too small, bathroom entrance too tight and no air conditioning , they need to clean the mildew on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom.
