The airport shuttle provided incorrect information, forcing us to drag our luggage a mile in the middle of the night. Front desk staff threatened us with walkie-talkies, leaving our safety unprotected. The next day, they refused shuttle service even when seats were available. Front desk personnel resembled gang members—ununiformed and arrogantly dismissive. A terrifying experience.

Very convenient airport access hotel. Frequent shuttles with very friendly, forthcoming drivers. Very friendly front desk staff, nice busy bar and dining area. Clean room. Airplane take offs noticeable but ok.

This is a great place to stay only if you have a layover between flights. It’s really close to the airport, but there’s nothing else to do around the area (and there are no other restaurant option). It’s a clean hotel, nice pool, free airport shuttle, and it has a decent restaurant and lounge.

Tried to arrange a shuttle. Contacted the number they provided on whatsup and voice. They do not pick up the phone. They picked up the phone once and hung up on me when I started speaking English. At check in the reception argued that check in from 3 means they can give us the room after 3. All and all very poor service. The room was nice though.

The bedrooms are a good size and clean.The lobby is a tad sterile and the swimming pool was smaller than the pocture suggested.The driver of the clcourtrsu bus demanding tips is not a good feel for this airport hotel.
