Very nice hotel. Conveniently located.
Used this hotel as a base camp to hit the various ski resorts around Santiago - worked out great! Hotel room was clean and quite. Breakfast was tasty. Hotel was conveniently located to walk to dinner spots.

Good hotel, just ask for a quiet room.
I very much enjoyed my stay here. The only issue is that one side of the hotel has a lot of construction going on outside and they start work early. So just make sure you get a room on any of the other sides of the hotel. We asked to change rooms and the other room was excellent.

Had a problem and it been solved with love

I am travelling for %80 of the year for business, the hotel is luxurious, rooms are great, service is great and the amenities are 5 stars as promised.
also the breakfast is included and was better than most hotels I ever stayed in.
The problem started when the
room that I got was watching the new development of Costanera Center, as a person that loves having his windows open all the time, the construction noise was unpleasant for me.
I complained to the front desk (even though it was not their fault) and the General Manager Camilo came to see me immediately and walked me through few rooms for my satisfaction. I am very happy with the result, and want to praise Radisson Santiago for standing behind their guarantee for %100 satisfaction. may all hotels managers would be as caring as Camilo.

The best of Chile
Pros:Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet
Having traveled numerous times to South America, I can truly say this was the finest hotel we have ever stayed in. The service was absolutely impeccable and the room was clean, spacious and very comfortable...with spectacular views of downtown Santiago and the Andes. The buffet breakfast, included with our booking, was lavish and full of variety. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful, we felt right at home. Upon checking in, we were given two free certficates for a Pisco Sour in the hotel's bar and this national cocktail of Chile soon became a favorite of ours. We loved Santiago and the Radisson.

We enjoyed our stay at the Radisson - beautiful hotel and helpful staff. We appreciated the early check in offer and the free breakfast.

Very Nice Staff, and the food!!
Pros:Close restaurants, Quiet
This hotel is in a residential part of town but not too far from the sites. The Brick Restraunt has the absolutley best food in town. The room was very nice and the staff friendly. I spent a whole day traveling around the resedential area and shopping at street vendors and little shops. I will stay there again soon.

Cons:a bit pricey
Santiago has quite a few good hotels and this is one of them.
The room was nice, well decorated and with a reasonable size.
I travel for business and found that this Radisson has the amenities needed for a productive experience: in-room desk, decent internet connection, in-room safety box, very friendly and assistive taxi drivers.
When checking in, try to get a room with a view of the Cordillera.
The breakfast was varied and good quality food.
The only thing is that the checking time is a bit late (I believe it was after noon or so). So, if you take a red eye flight from the USA, you will be typically getting at the hotel around 7 or 8 am, so it is really a drag not to have your room available until 4 or 5 hours later. You can always negotiate with the front desk to get the room sooner but it is a nuisance. Anyway, this is the standard procedure for most hotels in Santiago though.
As for the price, the hotel is a bit on the high side, but hotels of the same category in Santiago are equally (or even more) expensive.

One of the best
Staff are well trained and eager to serve. From the front desk to the ice delivery person, everyone at the Radisson is pleasant, helpful, and prepared. The hotel is well positioned in Santiago. For some reason, while visiting the city, we kept trying to spend time downtown. Don't. Stay at the Radisson and go further into Vitacura and Los Condes. Much nicer. The rooms at the Radisson were very comfortable and clean.
Ummmm, negatives, the pool and Gym are a little dated and small. But who cares.
Did I mention the service. These people did backflips for us. Everything you could want from a great hotel.

This is a great hotel in a great location. Very safe. Good restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel.

Enjoyable with its challenges
This hotel is top notch! The food at the Brick restaurant on site was literally the best restaurant I have ever ate at, for a price. The staff was great. If you travel to Santiago be advise that some spanish is necessary. It is truly a south american city not a tourist town.I highly recommend this hotel for a personal south american experience.
