Gostaria de mencionar o excelente atendimento em nossa chegada com o Sr. PAUL na recepcao, om sorriso constante e interessado realmente em nos bem receber. Infelizmente, nao podemos falar o mesmo dos atendentes da recepcao no Domingo, e no equivoco no restaurante no cafe da manha, em que foram retirados os alimentos antes do horario que nos foi informado na duracao do cafe. Informaram duracao do cafe ate as 12horas, e comecaram a retirar os alimentos as 11h. Apos verem o equivoco, voltaram os alimentos, mas alguns hospedes ficaram visivelmente constrangidos.
Vista do quarto 2002, escolhido pelo Sr. Paul, justamente pelo nosso ano de casamento e que comemoramos aniversario no dia de nossa estada! quanta gentileza!

Better experience this time

OK this time around everything was great (thanks to Paul). Although I was not upgraded, I was finally put in a room where both the internet connectivity and the television was working properly. The only hiccup is on Sunday, breakfast was supposed to finish at 12:00 pm. When I arrived at 11:30, the little hot food that was left was cold and the staff had already put half of the breakfast food away. They should tell people that breakfast really ends some time before 11:30 instead of 12:00 PM.

Great staff beautiful hotel

I was getting discouraged about this hotel and was literally going to give it low score and a terrible review mainly due to the intermittent internet connections after moving twice and non-functioning televisions. However, there was one hotel staff member that completely changed my perspective whose name was Paul. He literally went out of his way above everyone else to make sure my week long stay as was what I expected as a NH Collection Platinum member and succeeded in resolving the issues I had with the internet.

Great hotel..horrible internet.

Everything was perfect until I changed rooms. The internet was fast but intermittent with frequent disconnects. It was extremely difficult to maintain consistent connectivity during conference calls.

Not what I expected from a 5 star hotel, was somewhat run down in the room and dirty. The room was spacious though. Service wasn’t that inviting or friendly. The lobby was nice. They said they charge $15 an hour for early check in but they said they didn’t have a room ready until 3PM, they didn’t seem busy AT ALL so we were skeptical about that. We went during off season too and I doubt they were booked to capacity because we barely saw anyone there. Our flight arrived at 5AM and couldn’t check in by 3PM but they let us leave our luggage there. We were pregnant and with a toddler. Overall was okay but would book a different hotel next time.

The room was ok, showing a bit of wear and age. The big window was nice. Check-in wasn't great, I had to wait until exactly 3 pm to check into my room, even though the room was likely ready beforehand. When I asked about Expedia Gold and VIP benefits the staff looked at me like I was from a different planet. Location is good, but there are better, more friendly hotels nearby.
