Coup de coeur

Ce petit hotel a un charme très particulier et je vous le conseille, car c'est un luxe rare de pouvoir séjourner dans une des seules habitations anciennes qui a survécu aux pressions immobilières dans ce quartier de Santiago. L'accueil est très sympathique, en été on peut prendre le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.. L'hotel est très bien situé au coeur de Providencia à 5 minutes du métro et des bus.. Une large gamme de restaurants se trouvent aux alentours à moins de 5 minutes pied. C'est mon coup de coeur

I loved the informal relaxed atmosphere, great courtyard and the staff. If you are a light sleeper the creaky stairs and floors may cause you some rest issues

Very cozy and well presented hotel. Located in a very nice area of the city, this hotel is close enough to everything downtown to make your trip productive. The rooms are quaint and clean, and the breakfast is great.

I rate this 8 room hotel 3 stars for it’s squeaky wood floors and small but clean rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very walkable and leafy neighborhood, wide sidewalks. If you walk 5 minutes to Providencia Ave you will find reasonable three course meals, like Spain’s Menu Del Dia for about 8 US dollars. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Acolhedor como Casa de Vó!

Maravilhosa estadia. Localização, atendimento, tudo... Entre a chegada em Santiago e a estadia, fomos ao Atacama e como vínhamos de uma longa viagem estavamos com malas grandes, e que puderam ser deixadas e foram cuidadas sem nenhum problema ou stress. Café da manhã cuidadoso, todo dia um pequeno novo carinho à mesa. Aviso para os que não tem disposição, a casa é linda (sim casa, não foi construída pra ser hotel - por isso não tem elevador) mas quem.se importa?? De uma pessoalidade ímpar, o estilo acolhedor do local, nos deixou maravilhados!!!

The Vilafranca Petit Hotel offers a unique, personal stay. The staff is very friendly and they try their best to accommodate your needs. The rooms are clean, well kept, comfortable. The breakfast is served on the very nice patio and it includes home baked goods. The location of the hotel is very central, close to everything and very close to a subway station. I strongly recommend it!!!

Charming older small hotel. Our room and bathroom were small but nicely appointed. Relatvely quite despite facing the street. The neighborhood is somewhat residential and felt very safe.

This small, boutique hotel is great! We loved our stay. The rooms are very clean and cute. The hotel is nicely decorated, it’s very charming. The breakfast was great. The location is also convenient. It’s in the nice, wealthy part of the city. It felt very safe to walk around, even at night. It is a few minutes from the metro line heading downtown, which was great. The only complaint we could have is that the hotel staff do not speak English at all. We felt bad not being able to speak Spanish in a Spanish speaking country, but we hoped that in a big city such as Santiago to have better luck with that. However, we would definitely stay here again!
