Nice hotel but v bad management because ther is no manager on duty. You hv to email for any modifications in your existing booking. Reception Staff and GM have no clue about what hospitality is and customer service is. I wanted to change my room but they refused and no way to do anything. So stubborn with all respect. Breakfast staff were so nice but GM MUST GO BACK TO STUDY HOTEL MANAGEMENT AGAIN TO MEET GUESTS EXPECTATIONS and be able to accommodate them. I’m not the only one how claimed such review about the GM Becaue he is based outside Greece.
