Highly recommend and will stay again

I had a great experience at this hotel. It is well located, and both the room and bathroom were spacious. The only issue I encountered was that the shower took a while to warm up. I mentioned this to the staff, and they assured me they would address the problem. The breakfast was good as well. I would definitely stay here again.

Sempre me hospedo neste hotel e continuo considerando o melhor custo-benefício em São Paulo. A localização é excelente, o diferencial é o café da manhã que é servido na cafeteria anexa ao hotel, onde os hóspedes recebem um voucher para utilizar, as opções são de excelente qualidade, tudo muito delicioso. A equipe é atenciosa, as instalações são confortáveis, recomendo muito.

O Higi Hotel São Paulo tem uma localização boa e os funcionários da recepção foram extremamente simpáticos, educados e prestativos durante toda a estadia. Porém, o quarto deixou bastante a desejar. A acústica é péssima, durante a madrugada era possível ouvir claramente a descarga do banheiro do quarto ao lado e até conversas normais no corredor. O isolamento acústico realmente precisa melhorar. No banheiro havia uma grande mancha de ferrugem ao redor do vaso sanitário e também sentimos falta de secador de cabelo. A pia funciona com um sistema automático que libera pouca água e desliga muito rápido, o que dificulta até escovar os dentes com conforto. O colchão era confortável, mas os travesseiros muito moles. A TV possui apenas canais abertos e alguns estavam falhando. O maior problema foi o café da manhã, servido pelo restaurante ao lado. Foi decepcionante para o valor da diária. O pão estava duro, a manteiga vinha em quantidade mínima e o bolo foi servido gelado. Além disso, o atendimento é demorado, pois é necessário esperar um funcionário anotar e trazer os pedidos, o que faz perder muito tempo pela manhã. Um buffet tradicional seria muito mais eficiente. Inclusive, vimos outros hóspedes reclamando também. Conclusão, vale mais a pena investir um pouco mais em um hotel com melhor estrutura e um café da manhã mais compatível com o valor da hospedagem.

A nota poderia ter sido mais alta se o banheiro estivesse mais limpo... Infelizmente além de cabelos, notei que os revestimentos estão encardidos. E a outra observação a ser feita é o barulho da geladeira, durante a noite. O restante o hotel encontra-se bem.
