This hotel is either a scam or very close to it because of their disastrous check-in system. They provide no instructions for checking in, only a phone number that connects you to a bot speaking solely in Portuguese. After multiple attempts—while exhausted and waiting at the door after an 11-hour flight from the US—no one ever answered my calls. I was forced to take a cab and drag my suitcase across São Paulo just to find another hotel. Absolutely unacceptable. Never book with this hotel.

A limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. Tinha poeira em todas as superfícies e tufos de cabelo e sujeira por toda a parte. O banheiro com muito cabelo no chão e muita sujeira ao redor do vaso sanitário. O box estava cheio de manchas e muito limo nas paredes do chuveiro. O cheiro do quarto era desagradável.

O quarto é muito bonito e aconchegante. Contudo, tive grandes dificuldades em realizar o reconhecimento facial no check-in. O link enviado não fazia a leitura do meu rosto de jeito nenhum. Além disso, o fechadura do quarto é eletrônica e parecia estar com defeito, pois não apareciam todos os números, e quando aparecia, eles apagavam antes de eu conseguir digitar a senha. Por duas vezes tive que solicitar a abertura remota. O ponto positivo foram os funcionários da portaria, muito atenciosos!

O apartamento é bom, com boa vista da cidade e bem localizado. Entorno seguro e com opções de comércio. O box do banheiro é um problema, possui um porta objetos mal localizado, tomar banho sem bater nele é impossível, e o box não tem porta. Após o banho, o banheiro fica inteiro molhado e não há rodo ou pano de chão na propriedade. O principal problema é o acesso ao prédio por reconhecimento facial. Apesar de enviar os dados para cadastro, nem eu e nem meu acompanhante conseguimos acessar ao prédio pelo reconhecimento facial, que é a única forma de acesso. Todas as vezes que precisamos entrar no prédio foi necessário acionar os seguranças.Deixo o elogio a todos os seguranças que encontramos lá, muito solícitos e eficientes. Sugiro que apenas reservem esta propriedade se estiver com disposição para esperar na rua até que os seguranças façam a liberação da entrada, pode demorar alguns minutos.

Foi quase tudo perfeito, o conforto do quarto, a vista da varanda, a gentileza da equipe de segurança, porém o atendimento via WhatsApp pela Angélica não foi bom, foi muito lento, eu fiquei horas no aeroporto somente esperando ela me mandar o endereço, eu pedia e além da demora em responder ela não me mandava, quase ficava sem bateria no telefone esperando por ela, quase fico sem ir pra lugar algum.
