No human to talk to, just a weird kiosk with a person on the screen. Run down in a run down area. Hotel didn't give me back my $100 incidental fee. Also charged me $35 to check in 1 hour early (stayed at another local hotel near the area who let me check in 5 hrs early at no charge). There are way better places to stay around this area for about the same price.

The worst hotel I ever stayed. It was so dirty and disgusting! I booked for 4 nights and I couldn’t stay. I make a cancellation the same day I check in. The room was very dirty but very! And it smells horrible!
