Family Stay

Everything about this location is perfect. Do not hesitate to book here. Property is spotless and very well maintained. Pool was amazing. This place makes you feel right at home. Communication with owners and property manager made everything very easy. Perfect location close to literally anything you need and want. Would definitely stay here again.

Spring Vacation 2023

This cottage is awesome looks exactly as pictured. Super clean and has everything you would ever need !! The property, pool, yard, and parking are very very nice. The neighborhood is an older neighborhood and most of the homes are no where as nice as this property or manicured. The location is very central if you plan on going to other beaches (which we did daily). The owners are just awesome- very responsive and friendly. I would 100% rent this property agai.

The cottage was awesome, it was my first time renting a house on vacation normally just stay at hotels, having the amenities at the house were great, it was very clean and homey. We are already thinking about planning our next trip to Siesta Key and will book this again when we go!

well appointed

This cute cottage was everything advertised. It was clean and well appointed and had pretty much anything you needed. I used the full size laundry multiple times, we grilled fish and burgers, and used the pool and outdoor spaces many times. It was so nice to have a full kitchen and amenities like beach chairs and umbrellas for our stay - much better than a hotel room. The pool was clean and had many chairs and the temperature was perfect. We felt safe in the neighborhood; it is a modest area, but close to everything. Grocery, fish market and so many great restaurants are so accessible. Despite the traffic, we could get to the beach in under 15 minutes. My only criticism is the lack of wine glasses! The owners showed up one day and were so pleasant and friendly. Recommend this cute cottage.

We loved staying at the seashell cottage. Besides being ultra comfortable, it is easily accessible to many restaurants, easy food shopping, and the Siesta Key beach. This was our first vacation rental and it absolutely exceeded our expectations!

We 💖 Sea Shell Cottage

The cottage was even nicer than we’d expected, very comfortable with attractive beachy decor. Landscaping was lovely. We enjoyed sitting at the outdoor table & our little dog loved to play ball on the lawn. Pool area was great & pool temperature was perfect. Would definitely stay here again.

Excellent cottage for a family week long stay

The property was in great shape and had everything we needed as a family staying there for a week. Nice yard and pool. Will stay there again the next time we are in Sarasota. Property manager was very nice and accommodating.

Another Amazing Stay

The last time we stayed on this property back in 2020 we rented all three units. This time we rented the cottage by ourselves and had a wonderful time. The cottage is a great, warm and welcoming space and the outdoor space with the pool was amazing as last time. One of the other units was occupied but we never saw the occupants so it was if we had the pool area to ourseleves for 5 days! Amazing! Ken and Donna are great hosts. We can't wait to visit again!

Cute and Comfy Cottage

Had a great time and listing was exactly as described. Location was central to everything and even offered an opportunity to walk to several shops and dinning. Walt’s Fish Market is an easy walk and an excellent place for drinks and dinner. Publix, Trader Joe’s, Walgreens all a stones throw away. Although near two main roads, you would never know it as you relax pool side or at the cottages patio. Would recommend to anyone as well as stay again!

Perfect getaway!

This cottage was even better than the pictures! Perfect size for the 2 of us to spend a weeks vacation. Easy check in, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and super clean. Loved the pool that was shared with 2 other cottages. Make sure you check out Walt’s Fish Market just down the street.

Escape from Covid 19

I went to Sarasota to visit my son and his family and wanted to stay in a house. I had a wonderful time the little house was just adorable with every thing you needed and then some. the pool was great and my granddaughter would visit me every day and loved spending time with me in the pool. I was so impressed that my friends rented the same house right after me and also loved it!

Ringing in the new year right!

What a wonderful beach themed bungalow! Clean, roomy, quiet with all the amenities including pool and BBQ (except salt and pepper which was easily corrected ;). The extra nice welcoming treats were a great surprise and mighty tasty too. Would definitely stay here again... hopefully it's available on our next trip!
